Please do not contact the speakers before suggesting them and do not invite or prearrange things with them yourself, because due to limited budget and seminar slots we will not be able to invite all proposed speakers. Just give in the form a generic description of the likely  broad subject of the talk (their area of expertise, so we can balance across different topics when selecting suggestions for the seminar schedule). 

If the speaker you proposed is selected to be invited, you will be cc-ed in the invitation (so you can arrange together the dates for the seminar) and you will be the host taking care of their visit.  

If there are special cases or constraints (e.g. visiting colleagues in specific dates, requiring special arrangements, etc) please note that in the form.

Due to budget limitations, as a rule we only pay travel costs within Europe. If there are special cases of speakers from overseas (e.g. speakers temporarily traveling in Europe on their own budget, or if you can pay the extra costs of their travel and visit) note that in the form.

Proposing local speakers (including self-nominations) is also welcome.

The proposer's contribution to (part of) the costs of the visit is welcome whenever possible (please also note that in the form if that's the case).
