Calendar of on-site presence

In view of managing on-site staff presence and availability of meeting rooms and office rooms during COVID-19 emergency, a shareable Google calendar for all INAF-OATs personnel was created.

To view the shareable calendar, it is necessary to get authentication by using the Institute’s account, i.e. This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

All staff is enabled to create an event on the calendar Presenze OATs by selecting date, time, and the room number where he/she will be present.

With the aim to make the calendar more understandable and user-friendly, it is required to insert own’s Name and Surname as Title of the event.
